Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! I am thrilled to extend a warm welcome to all our scholars, parents, and guardians. As the principal of Sequoia Elementary, I am excited to embark on this journey with you and look forward to building strong connections within our school community.

We aim to inspire our scholars to be the best they can be, both in and out of the classroom.
To achieve our goals, we emphasize the importance of our core values: Respect, Responsibility, Accountability, and Being On Task. We expect our scholars to demonstrate respect for themselves, their peers, and their teachers. Being responsible and accountable for their actions and learning is key to their success. Additionally, staying on task and being engaged in their studies will help them reach their full potential.
Throughout the year, we will host various events and gatherings designed to bring our community together. Whether it’s family nights, picnic days or scholar assemblies, these opportunities will allow us to connect, share, and grow as a united community. We believe that by working together, we can create a supportive and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and empowered.
Communication is vital, and we are committed to keeping you informed about your child’s progress and school activities.
